Klinger, Max. "In Flagranti" ("The Passionate"). Etching, 1883, by Max Klinger. 42 x 25 cm (illustration); 61.5 x 43.5 cm (sheet). On the lower left of the plate is engraved the artist, "M. Klinger", in the middle is the printer s information "O. Felsing gedr.", and below that in center is the title: "In Flagranti" and star; on the right is the work sequence and sheet number "Rad. Op. 9 No. 1", Sheet 1 from the portfolio "Opus IX Dramas." This work from 1883 records six tragic events from daily life. . Slightly toned and soiled, minor wear, a couple short tears on the left edge reinforced with tape on the rear. Overall, a nice, attractive copy. JHN-468. Seller Inventory # 468
