About The Poster: A booklet of music sheets done in 1938 with the title of Oh! Mamma! (The Butcher Boy) and a description (in English) which reads - based on the popular Italian song success 'Luna Mezzo Mare' by Rudy Vallee and Paolo Citorello. There is an inserted printed photograph of Maestro Angelini of the Italian Radio who evidently made this particular song a hit. Some foxing and the extreme edges are frayed, but the image is intact - we love this piece and feel it would look stupendous framed./ Music sheets are a small form of ephemera which is highly collectible as it recalls a simpler period in history when language, music and cover art were integral components of culture.
