This VG- quality book was published in 1915 by A. L. Burt Company. It is 7-9/16" tall and has 252 numbered pages, followed by 4 pages of ads. It is square, very clean, free of edge dings and with the lower front corner lightly bumped; the head and heel of the spine are very lightly bumped with no fabric damage; the bottom edges have very modest amount of wear. Except for an inked 1919 inscription on the FFEP, the interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and paper damage of any type. There are no illustrations beyond the frontis. The paper has aged quite well and has only very mild toning and is still very flexible. The VG- quality jacket is moderately soiled; it also has small edge chips at all four corners and at the heel of the spine; the head of the spine has a slightly larger chip that has folds extending into the font panel.
