Some restoration done previously to front and rear gutter, frontispiece attached to binding with white tape, upper portion of frontispiece enforced with paper. Some water stain to foredge extending somewhat to pages. One of first pages of advertisements was previously repaired along long edge and shows a closed tear. Pages clean and unpressed, including the map. Handwritten name and date on verso of front free end paper. Seller Inventory # 2307137
