Hereunto are annexed the Navigations unto the Sounding Isle and the Isle of the Apedefts: as likwise the Philosophical cream with al Limosin Epistle all done by Mr. Francis Rabelais. In the French tongue and now faithfully translated into English 1653. Illustrated by W. Heath Robinson. xvi,474; xvi,462 pages. Top page edges gilt. Half green leather with green cloth over boards, the cloth is lightly soiled. The spines have uniformly faded to a rich tan color. Title and devices on the spine in gilt. Extremities lightly rubbed. There is an unobtrussive 1/16 x 1/2 inch nick to the top of the leather spine on volume two. Occasional light foxing. The Riverside Press Limited, Edinburgh.
