for a shipping quote. We accept checks, money orders, MC/Visa & paypal. We
can
ship internationally but many of our books will not fit in the flat rate
envelopes
and must be shipped at the higher rate.

International buyers, please contact us before ordering to see if your book will
fit in a flat envelope to reduce cost, otherwise we must charge the new, higher
