Frontis photo of President Cleveland's wife Frances Tolsom Cleveland. Ziemann was the White House steward. Book contains an amazing number of recipes. Boards are badly soiled and spotted; spine is held together with Scotch tape. Page block is detached from spine, but no pages appear missing. Interior pages are brittle with age, darkened along edges, some have dog-ears, others edge-wear with tiny chips. Aside from owner's penciled name and date, no writing or marks on interior pages. 568 pages, 7 1/2" x 10".
