The last page of the introduction (first page of errata) shows a 2.5" edge tear mid sheet, the following page has remnants of paper stuck to it, else VG condition. Signed by the author on the title page. With map endpapers of a birds' eye view of Walla Walla, and other illustrations after drawings and photographs.
