36 pages, unpaginated, saddle stapled into dark green paper wraps. Scarce souvenir booklet of the 1903 flood in Kansas City. Mostly comprised of photographs by E. J. Davison. Covers show a few chips and handling wear. Contents show some small chips as well as some small closed tears in edges and not affecting images or text.
