Hardcover, 8vo., green cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine, near fine copy, frontis, index, 83pp. Being transported in the Hillsborough convict ship was fraught with difficulty - first just to survive. Of the 300 hundred convicts that left Portsmouth, only 205 survived, with another 6 dying shortly after disembarking. Noah who had been a silversmith, appears to have changed his occupation to that of carpenter. It is interesting that Noah was finally pardoned by Governor Macquarie in 1815. Bookseller Inventory #
