Page number: 214. Hardcover. Patterned paper boards with dark cloth spine. The text is generously illustrated with 169 black and white photographs. Condition: Very Good. The covers are clean and show only a little wear to the corners and the top and bottom of the spine. The pages within are very slightly water damage; this being confined however to the first part of the book. They are otherwise very clean, fresh and un-thumbed. There is no jacket.
