Book is a reprint of 1978 plus "Prelude 1981" Book was first published in 1930 byL.N Fowler & Co, London, U.K. Blue soft cover with tan titling on spine and front, the "Prelude 1981: Some Vital Considerations" has been pasted to both sides of a blank leaf before the Foreword, contents include the Foreword, Letters I to XII, The Brothers' School, Memorandum for Disciples, and an Additional Paper, 227 pages. Cover has edge wear, particularly to spine edges and ends, significant shelf wear giving a scuffed appearance to the colour, some small stains, first four leaves partially split at bottom of hinge, text block edges darkened and have a few stains which can be seen at edge of a few pages, a few small stains on a few pages of text, small sticker inside front cover (Oxnard Church of Religious Science), brown stain on lower portion of Foreword and adjacent page, four pages have an X written in hi-lighter pen in the margin.
