Published by Blackie and Son. Undated - probably 1940's. Two stories of Adventure - The Gash and The Witch Stone. Size: 7 x 5 inches. Page number: 61. With one black and white illustration opposite the title page. Condition: Very Good. The cover is only a little worn. There is slight damage and loss to the spine. The colours are still bright. The endpapers and end-block are darkened and foxed. The pages within are clean and un-thumbed. One corner is creased. There is a prize giving sticker on the first endpaper dated 1940 and at the end of the book a child has written 'Excellent' and the date twice. This could be rubbed out but I thought to keep it since it has it's charm. Seller Inventory # 001106
