Good condition first edition with a few light pencil notes that don't obscure the text. The page edges and dust jacket are foxed. There are numerous newspaper clippings from the 30s/40s stuck inside the front and back covers and the margins of the appendix. Dust jacket is unclipped and only lightly worn around the edges.
