The Trespasser by D. H. Lawrence.Hardback, 1927, third reprint (first published 1912), published by Martin Secker, London, 292 pages.Sextodecimo/16mo, measures around 7 1/8" by 4 3/4" by 3/4". No dust jacket. Orange-red cloth binding, gilt lettering to spine. Some marking and scuffing, sticker residue to rear board, discolouration to spine. Signs of wear, rubbing at edges and on hinges. Book has slight forward tilt. Some slackness to binding but textblock quite firm. Page edges a little browned, scuffed and marked but reasonably clean. Slight marking to endpapers, previous owner pencil inscription on front free endpaper. The odd mark to page surfaces but otherwise clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information. 292 pp. Seller Inventory # #BIBLIO-138
