This 9.0 x 12.25 inch, 334 page hardcover book with dust wrapper is the second printing of the first edition with - First Printing: November 1968 - Second Printing December 1968 - on the copyright page. This book is in beautifully fine condition with the mustard-yellow cloth covers - with red titling on front panel and spine - As New. The interior text is also in fine condition with no handling or damage wear showing. The book is illustrated by numerous black-and-white location maps and photographs of buildings - and features architectural designs throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. The dust wrapper is in near fine condition with a bit of crinkling and small chipping along the top edge of the jacket - and with crinkling and one small tear at the spine crown. 334 pages.
