Spine tips are lightly bumped, top and bottom edges have residual dry adhesive inside and out and on first and last leaf, else near fine condition. The dust jacket has very light edge war, else near fine condition. Inscribed and signed by the author on the first leaf, "To Mary Ethel Dixon - A fellow teacher with best regards. When you were here, you saw much of the Country and background of this book. If I had been with you and able I woudl have taken you over parts of this county.
