Inscribed by the author and entertainer to esteemed Houston heart surgeon Denton Cooley on the title page: To Dr. / Cooley / This Mostly / to God / Love Pearl. Wear and rubbing to the dustjacket, which has also been price-clipped. Some sunning to the top edge of the boards and bumps to the corners of the boards.
