The printer was the well known Ukrainian printer Stavnytsky Petro, in an edition of 1200 copies. Complete copy, 436 leaves, illustrated with 16 engravings by the native artists Nikodim, Vasil and Georgy.The book is lithurgical, consists of a prayer book for Lenten days. "Triod" means "threesongster", canons with three songs instead of the usual nine. The book was commonly used by the Orthodox and Greek Catholic Church in Ukraine. Folio. Contemporary leather over wooden boards. Usual spotting, thumbing in lower outer margins, candle light spots here and there, some leaves with old repairs.
