The author particularly considers the creative process of the production of stained glass and the sometimes uneasy relationship between art and craft. This volume is accessible to those simply wishing to know more about this ancient art form, including custodians of stained glass and amateurs, but it is primarily aimed at less experienced students of stained glass who wish to expand their knowledge; those commonly known in the trade as "improvers."
