Acceptable condition hardcover. No dust jacket. Rare. Spine cracked near the front and in back but all pages firmly bound in. All pages clean and unmarked and almost completely free of foxing or toning. Wonderful historical photographs of Virginia, especially of the Jamestown Exposition, various ships, Virginia agriculture, historic cities and scenery. Also includes fascinating vintage advertisements. Exterior covers soiled and stained but not off-putting in any way (see photos). One corner slightly bent, all are significantly rub worn as are edges, especially top and bottom edges of the spine which are frayed. A few patches of insect damage along top and bottom edges where boards are exposed. See photos. Despite its flaws, a wonderful treasure packed with fascinating depictions of Virginia history.
