Scarlet boards, the front corners a little rubbed; the top board with embossed decoration and lettered in gilt has 20 cm x 3 cm of fading on right side; the spine, similarly decorated and lettered, a little browned and faded and with 8 mm of fraying around base. Internally endpapers foxed; the 10 page section listing Illustrations a bit wobbly and one page loose; remaining contents uncompromised. Pp 391-400 (list), 392.
