About this Item
This second book of Altsheler's outstanding French and Indian War Series of historical novels has characters that started in the first book of the series and reappear in this one, however, the book can easily be read as a stand-alone book. The main characters are fictional, however, the time and events that surround them are for the most part quite accurate and the book reads very quickly and grippingly. The book's exterior spine has a mark on it along with worn areas on the top and bottom of it. The book's four corners have worn areas on them and there are a few worn spots on the front cover. The interior's first few pages have pulled away from the spine and are thus loose, however, the rest of the book is though old, in good+ condition. If you enjoy history, this author makes American history very enjoyable to read as it reads like a novel but is full of real history throughout. I personally have read and reread this book. This book will be carefully wrapped up and then boxed and sent right away to you from here in New Jersey and comes with our absolute appreciation for your order. Seller Inventory # 54
