This book measures approximately 8" x 5.5" with 442 numbered pages. This book is in very good condition. Moderate bumping and tearing to both ends of spine. Gilt lettering and design on spine and front board still full and vivid. Moderate scuffing and staining to both boards. Moderate bumping and chipping to corners of both boards. Front hinge is cracked exposing mesh. Christmas gift inscription on front endpaper. Rear hinge cracked exposing mesh. The narrator is the Reverend Mr. Yorick, who is slyly represented to guileless readers as Sterne's barely disguised alter ego.
