This copy is in at least very good condition with only one very minor gouge to the bottom edge of the book. The rest of the cover and the internal structure of this book are in near fine condition. The dust jacket does show some wear with a two-inch tear to the fold along the spine, and some moderate chipping, and small tears along the top and bottom edges and especially at the folds. All in all the jacket is in very solid condition and this is a nice copy of a desirable photographic history of San Francisco. 255 pages. Seller Inventory # 1505-466
