Please note description of condition. Not ex-lib. Hardcover in reddish-brown cloth with white stamped titles to front and spine, no jacket, small 4to. No date indicated within, given date of 1933 is from online search. 162pp. 16 color plates (including frontis) and line drawings throughout, all by author. VG-. Light to moderate overall rubbing to cloth with occasional touches of loss (no peeling) and light surface impressions as from unopened pen. Slightly heavier rubbing to spine with some white bordering effaced; mild sunning just lightening color, titles unaffected. Binding square and unshaken, though audible crackle and slight separation between pp.50-51 and pp.112-113 wth all holding well. Pages and plates somewhat stiff (not moisture related) with toning and foxing (latter primarily to margins of text pages and to plates and facing pages). Plate colors clean and handsome, though occasionally affected by foxing. Strong toning and foxing to endpapers with shadow from former jacket. Seller Inventory # 018151
