Subtitle: "Field And Covert". Sixteen chapters with 95 fine b&w illustrations throughout. 358 pages incl. index, all very clean and bright.Upper cover has two small bump marks at right edge. Vol 2 : a 1901 fifth edition reissue (first edition 1886). Subtitle: "Moor And Marsh". Seventeen chapters with 65 fine b&w illustrations throughout. 358 pages, mainly clean but some with light oxidisation marks.Upper cover has light rippling to cloth. A very good + usable pair.
