British edition, undated, however circa 1915. No jacket. Large format. Re-bound with original front into red boards (with reduced gold lettering to spine, complete with spelling mistakes)! Rendered into English verse by Edward Fitzgerald. With illustrations by Edmund Dulac. All illustrations (and associated tissue guards) are present and in very good condition. Printed from the second edition by kind permission of Messrs. Macmillan and Co Ltd. New (rebound) red boards with (reduced) gold lettering to spine and front and design in gold to front are very good with a little pushing/bumping to corners, the odd very small mark, the odd bump/rub to edges and very minor pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Pages are a bit tanned. Odd small mark/spot of foxing/small scratch to page edges, tops and bottoms. Occasional small marks/spots of foxing to pages. Light crease to lower corner of pages. No other faults. A nice copy. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
