This VG- quality book was published in 1925 by Grosset & Dunlap. It is 7-5/8" tall and has 203 numbered pages of text followed by 7 unnumbered pages of ads. This book is square, reasonably clean, free of corner bumps and edge dings; head and heel of the spine are lightly bumped with slight fraying at the heel; the bottom edges have only a slight amount of wear but the top edge of the rear board has some wear/fabric deterioration. The front panel and spine are quite clean and not faded. Except for an inked name /date/address, a "6", and a small ink-stamped name on the FFEP, the interior is completely free of writing, stray marks and page damage of any type. The hinges are strong and not damaged. The frontis + 3 are present and not damaged. The paper is quite flexible and has no toning. The list in the back of the book lists through this title. The VG- quality jacket is moderately toned with tiny chips at all four corners and slightly larger chips at the head and heel of the spine. The spine has a small hole on the rear gutter ridge and what appear as scrapes on much of the spine. The list of series books on the rear flap of the jacket lists to Roy Blakeley title #16.
