With the ad on p. ; "thirteenth" (uncorrected) on p.156; "Eastern" with capital E (uncorrected) on p.330. There is a 2" and a 1" tear on the joints. The calf has considerable scuffing. Worn at the spine head. A bookplate evidently has been removed from the front pastedown. Previous owner's name and a date are written on the front free endpaper. A corner card holder is affixed to the rear pastedown, indicating this to be some sort of ex-library copy. There are no other associated defects. In a square, sound binding with hinges intact.
