In good condition. Lacking dust jacket. Boards are worn at extremities with scuffing along edges and corners. Modest soiling to surface of cloth with light foxing and staining. A few scratch marks to surface. Ends worn with crushing, light toning overall to appearance. End papers toned at gutter. Inscribed for Dick Friedman by Rockwell Kent - 1933 on fly. Light toning at edges of textblock with instances of minor fingersoiling at margins. Free of known marginalia. Binding tight and intact. A sound, presentable copy. Please see photos. Inscribed by artist, explorer and printer, and voyager Rockwell Kent (1882-1971). With over 130 black-and-white reproductions, including 90 full-page and a full-color frontispiece.
