Book #31 in the classic series featuring girl sleuth, Nancy Drew, & her chums, Bess & George. Orig. published in 1953, this is later (third) printing (1955-3 per Farah's 11th). Original text, first cover art by Rudy Nappi, in the blue tweed format with the early "digger" endpapers & a plain frontispiece. The book is in VG-/Good+ condition: quite clean & bright, with mild rubbing to extremities. Pages very mildly tanned but unmarked. Both front & rear hinges cracked. Residue from old cellophane tape adheres to endpapers. The wrap DJ is just Good, with some chips & holes to spine, rubbing to all extremities, same clear tape remnants to some edges, but colorful & bright; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover to look lovely in your collection!
