Faded red cardboard covers. Ex-library with stamps and seal on several pages and on spine. Cover pieces missing from spine (see photos). Binding cracked but contents is intact. Includes a Declaration of Principles endorsed by delegates Susan B. Anthony and Carrie Chapman Catt as well as by women representing other countries.
