Green cloth with red titling, end papers are a map - different front and back, black and white frontispiece, illustrated with black and white photographs, 191 pages. Cover has minor edge wear, text block edges slightly darkened, text is clean and tight. Dust jacket, which is price-clipped, has edge wear with open and closed tears and chipping, shelf wear, spine is sunned, majority of jacket is clean and bright.
