Hinges are tight. 8ov, 129 pgs. Never issued with dust jacket. Inscription on the endpaper reads: "To Mrs. Ashman from the author Aug. 26, 1924 - Paul Sturtevant Howe." Pages are all clean and unmarked, although a bit browned/yellowed w/ age. Interesting historical account of the early Pilgrims.
