Privately published in ivory white paper covered boards illustrated on the front board with a miniature from the 'Armagnac' manuscript of the trials of Joan of Arc. Blue endpapers with maps of the world showing Magellan's route on the first circumnavigation of the Earth. Folio. pp. [2], viii, 192, fully illustrated including colour illustrations. The charge for packing, insurance and delivery of a single book outside the UK is as follows:
To destinations in Europe: Priority - �16 plus �3 for each extra item Standard - �15 plus �2 for each extra item
To destinations in North America and To destinations in the Rest of World: Priority - �25 plus �5 for each extra item Standard - � 20 plus �3 for each extra item

Delivery methods and periods
We will usually use Royal Mail / Parcel Force or a courier.
We will dispatch books within 48 hours of cleared payment, with the expectation that, they will be delivered (a) within the UK no later than 48 hours thereafter
(b) overseas, as soon as possible having regard to local postal/courier services.
