The remaining copies were individually bound out of house. Printed on Wookey Hole mould made paper using 12 pt Monotype Garamond and 18 pt Garamond Italic, with new blocks made by Geoff Giles from original Randall Davies books. Small Quarto, pp. xv, 140. Delivery charges outside the United Kingdom
The charge for packing, insurance and delivery of a single book outside the UK is as follows:
To destinations in Europe: Priority - �16 plus �3 for each extra item Standard - �15 plus �2 for each extra item
To destinations in North America and To destinations in the Rest of World: Priority - �25 plus �5 for each extra item Standard - � 20 plus �3 for each extra item

Delivery methods and periods
We will usually use Royal Mail / Parcel Force or a courier.
We will dispatch books within 48 hours of cleared payment, with the expectation that, they will be delivered (a) within the UK no later than 48 hours thereafter
(b) overseas, as soon as possible having regard to local postal/courier services.
