68 pp., 7.5 x 9.5", original printed wrappers. Printed in red and black. The first 24 pages provide a detailed description of the very rare or unique Elizabethan or Jacobean works of Robert Greene, Thomas Nashe, Gabriel Harvey and Thomas Dekker from the Huth Library that were made available to Grosart for his editions. These editions were published from 1881-86. The prospects also includes information on Grosart's editions of Edmund Spenser and Samuel Daniel, the Chertsey Worthies' Library, and other editions. Spine and wrapper edges a little chipped, wrappers dusty, with some age-toning; interior fine. Overall, a reasonably well-preserved copy. Seller Inventory # 874
