Different models and approaches are paired with practical techniques, such as how to plan an interview to collect qualitative data and how to use statistical analysis to report results. The newly enhanced MISSION! framework, returned to throughout the book, helps solidify the seven general areas that program evaluators must consider at all times: meeting needs, implementation, stakeholders, side effects, improvement focus, outcomes, nuances, and underpinning everything, a consideration of diversity and equity.
