32mo set in the landscape orientation. Unpaginated, 22 side Orihon accordion fold out, resulting in 11 panels attached to plum cloth boards at both ends. The paper label on the front cover has a printing error reading "The Process of Wood-Brock Color Printing). The condition of the book is Very Good (paper lightly aged, all panels intact and clean, binding between all the sides is undamaged, ex libris sticker on back of front panel). Panels reflect the process of Wood-Block printing, showing both the stamp and the result of the stamp. One panel in English, then it becomes all prints. Seller Inventory # 40821

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Undated, most likely between 1950 and 1963. An small accordion, beginning with a short text followed by 21 woodblocks tipped to the pages. Read right to left, the process of woodblock printing unfolds in sequence, beginning with the key block facing the introductory text. The following pages showing the layering of color, with each additional layer shown on the right and the cumulative progress shown on the left. The publisher seems to have issued several similar books with identical text and covers but different prints. This copy demonstrates a reproduction of Hiroshige's Evening Snow at Kambara.
