"This 7.25 x 9.5, 284-page hardcover book is the circa 1930's edition of this title featuring the artwork of Franklin Booth. Mark Twain's first printing of the book dates back to 1881. This book features eight full-page color illustrations that highlight the timeless storyline. This copy is in very good condition with the cloth covers showing some age and handling wear. The front panel with the gilt decoration and lettering, and a color picture pasted down, is again in very good condition showing some rubbing. The spine and back panel again show handling wear and some scuffing to the back cover but really all in all the book is in very nice and good condition. The interior ffep shows the removal of a bookplate which has left a paper "scar' on the page but really little damage of any note. Beyond that the text pages show little wear and no real damage or condition issues needful of mention. All in all a nice copy of this timeless tale. 284 pages.". Seller Inventory # 1505-030D
