First edition/Limited La Salle edition quarter bound in blue cloth and gray boards with a paper title label. Illustrated with frontis and eight additional plates. Tipped-in 'La Salle' Edition page. Near Fine condition. The paper spine label has dust spots. Mild tanning to the page margins. In pictorial slipcase without dust jacket as issued. The slip case is in poor condition.
