UK First Edition. This is a rare 1949 Stanley Paul reprint of the 1946 first edition. Still in original cover, not price clipped. With general fading and wear all across cover including scuffing to edges, nicks to corners and tears and creases across it (see photos). Books blue boards still strong. They are faded from sunning/age, pushing to spine edges and boards corners. Slight lean to front board. Black lettering to spine. Binding is good. Pages still neat and intact. Fading and sunning to the edges. All in all a fantastic copy of this rare print. Seller Inventory # 018909
