About the Author:

Bob Gambone Sr. is a retired executive from Giant Eagle Inc. He started his career as a cashier and through 36 years held a multitude of positions receiving over 124 awards including three President Awards. Bob's education and training includes Robert Morris College, Dale Carnegie, Phillip Crosby's Quality College, Toyota Production System, Leadership Advantage, Interpersonal Management Skills and Coaching for Success. Currently he attends Michelle Donovan's Referral Institute. In 2009, Bob founded Passion, Leadership, Results, a company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs tap into their passion and ignite their leadership in order to grow their business. Bob is presently known as the "working entrepreneurs' business coach," and will undoubtedly be branded as the "Pecan Pie Guy" with the release of this book. He is highly recognized for his face-to-face, customized coaching process. Bob is a certified instructor of "Coaching for Success." His award winning business career spans almost four decades and he has coached / mentored over 400 business leaders.
