Very Scarce. Stated first edition. Card cover with paper wrap pictorial wrapper. 4 1/4 " x 5 1/2 '. Some toning - but not excessive. Wrapper with wear to edges and small tears. price-clipped with small paper loss at spine ends. Staining to rear panel. Attractive front panel of girl in bonnet at door. "A dainty photograph of a bonny baby girl, inscribed 'Peggy the Second', arrived as a Christmas greeting among F W Boreham's mail, bearing a New Zealand postmark. He had met the child's father only once (when the father was a baby himself). Boreham, the grand old colonial minister, explains the background to this unusual gift in his usual inspiring manner."
