Octavo. original yellow cloth lettered in black. Inscribed by the author. Vincent Godfrey Burns is know for his crusading for justice for all. He was a soldier in World War I and a bodyguard to Woodrow Wilson in Paris. His longest and most successful fight against injustice as in the battle to free his brother, Robert Elliot Burns from the prison chain gangs of Georgia. Out of this experience he ghost-wrote for his brother I am a Fugitive from a Chain Gang.
