Tabloid newspaper format. 12 pp. Single issue of this newspaper devoted to the counterculture and radical movements locally, nationally and internationally. This issue with an article on the assassinations of Los Angelese Black Panther Party leaders, Bunchy Carter and John Huggins announcing the arrest of two members of the Black power organization US, led by Ron Karenga. The articles ponders if a schism is opening within the Black power movement. Another smaller piece recounts the police reprisal against newly widowed Ericka Huggins and her baby; also present is"Notes of a Dirty Old Man," by Charles Bukowski, being very lengthy and accompanied by several Buk drawings; an ad for the Mothers (of Invention) depicting Frank Zappa, etc. GOOD condition. Horizontal and vertical fold crease present. Minor to moderate uneven browning to the paper. Owner's address stamp on the upper right front edge. Seller Inventory # 020336
