Dr. Zdzislaw Polkowski is presently an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Business Intelligence and Management at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Poland. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Management from the Wroclaw University of Technology, a Post Graduate degree in Microcomputer Systems in Management from the University of Economics in Wroclaw, and a Post Graduate degree in IT in Education from the Economics University in Katowice. He obtained his Engineering degree in Industrial Computer Systems from the Technical University of Zielona, Gora. Dr. Polkowski has published more than 55 papers in various journals, 15 conference proceedings, including more than 8 papers in journals indexed in the Web of Science. He has served as a member of the Technical Program Committee at many international conferences in Poland, India, China, Iran, Romania, and Bulgaria.
Dr. Samarjeet Borah is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Computer Applications, SMIT, Sikkim Manipal University (SMU), India. Dr. Borah handles various academics, research, and administrative activities such as curriculum development, Board of Studies, Doctoral Research Committee, and IT Infrastructure Management at the Sikkim Manipal University. Dr. Borah is involved with various funded projects from AICTE (Govt. of India), and DST-CSRI (Govt. of India) in the capacity of Principal Investigator/Co-principal Investigator. He has organized various national and international conferences and is involved with various books and journals with various publishers in the capacity of Editor/Guest Editor/Reviewer. Dr. Borah is editor-in-chief of the book/proceedings series – Research Notes on Computing and Communication Sciences, Apple Academic Press, USA.
Dr. Sambit Kumar Mishra has more than 22 years of teaching experience in different AICTE approved institutions in India. He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Computer Engineering from the Amravati University, Maharashtra, India in 1991, his M.Tech. in Computer Science from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad (now IIT, Dhanbad), India in 1998, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India in 2015. He has more than 29 publications in different peer-reviewed international journals and is an editorial board member of different peer-reviewed indexed journals. Presently Dr. Mishra is associated with the Gandhi Institute for Education and Technology, Baniatangi, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
Dr. Darshana Desai is an Associate Professor and Dept. Head of the MCA Department at the Indira College of Engineering and Management, which is an affiliated institute of the Savitribai Phule Pune University, India. She received her Ph.D. degree from the Gujarat Technological University in August 2017 in the area of IT Management with the subject of Website Personalization. She has a total of 17+ years of experience in academia and industry and has published more than 21 research papers and book chapters with internationally recognized publishers indexed in Scopus, Pro-Quest, etc., and peer-reviewed Journals. Dr. Desai is interested in interdisciplinary research in the areas of Website Personalization, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, Data Science, and its applications.

Statutory Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days for any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Biblios, 47 Kaisetstrasse, 60329, frankfurt am main, hessen, Germany, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or Biblios, 47 Kaisetstrasse, 60329, frankfurt am main, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
