Front hinge is weakened but is totally attached. cloth is worn through on the front hinge. title page has been reinforced with tape. blue boards with gold lettering and design. top and bottom of spine shows some wear. lettering and decoration on covers and spine is in overall good shape. gilt page edges. pages are clean and unmarked with no foxing present. 316 pages of text plus several pages of subscriber names in back. last page of subscribers has a corner torn off (not affecting text).
