The book contains many illustrations, including a number of full-page colour plates, by John Farleigh. The book was first published in 1939. This reprint edition was published in 1948. Book in very good condition, without a dust jacket. The book has bumping to the spine ends and cover corners, with some cover wear. It also shows ageing internally, including to the page edges.
